Since 1997 JBC-Agencies has her DMC in Cuba in close co-operation with Transnico International in Belgium. JBC-Agencies is the front office in the Netherlands and JBC-Transnico Cuba is the operational office in Cuba. They handle individual travelers (FIT’s) and groups, are the main part of the business.
JBC-Agencies gives support to her travel trade clients through means of promotion, pictures, text and free publicity for her clients.
Our team in Havana handled hundreds of incentives the passing years for international incentive houses and companies from all over the world.

Five years ago JBC-Agencies decided to split certain activities on Cuba.
JBC-Agencies appointed CCE as the organization in Cuba responsible for the group round tours and it succeeded. Many tour operators from Europe found us and we created their own personalized round tours with typical items.
Never a standard program, each of our clients have the guarantee of an individual product.
Nowadays we grew up to one of the main organizers of round tours with approximately 100 round tours a year, Each with its own identity and program, with full satisfaction of our clients.
Our professional crew in Cuba handles all unexpected changes in group size, delays and changes in flight schedules etcetera very professional, fast and without any problems.
Dutch speaking local guides
Together with Transnico/CCE, we started our own language school 5 years ago, to teach the Dutch language to professional Cuba guides. Based on a special system, named the “Delftse methode”, they learned the Dutch language in a short period. Some of them visited Holland and were hosted in houses of Dutch families and practiced their language daily. An unique project was started, the guides learned and saw a lot about the Netherlands. At the moment we have 5 first degree guides and 10 second degree guides available to assist or lead the round tours from our clients in the Benelux, Scandinavia and the Baltic States.
