Who are we... JBC-Agencies is a specialized company in tourism with a versatile and wide range. JBC-Agencies works business to business and the clients of our office are tour operators, independent travel advisors and incentive agencies. We have been offering travel products in Cuba and Latin America for more than 25 years, for which we have a lot of knowledge, experience and responsibility. The products we offer are exclusive and include transport, accommodation, excursions, tours, etc. But of course we also provide communication and marketing support for our customers. The travel products are tailor-made, both for FITs and group travel. Our company acts as a 'front office' for our partners on site, which has the advantage that we are always easily accessible and that requests or problems are dealt with quickly. Our support can include advice on social media, free publicity and product development. We like to think along with you! We contribute to a sustainable society in our countries, supporting the population and local communities by conducting sustainable and socially responsible tourism activities. Meet the team We would like to introduce our team to you (from left to right): Ilona – a very experienced team member within JBC-Agencies. Ilona is responsible for all invoicing and pricing activities. Vivianna – our marketing and communication specialist. Vivianna is also responsible for the FIT programs, bookings and travel documents. JaSing Chu – Director and Founder of JBC Agencies. With his creativity and experience, he knows how to innovate and deliver surprising products. JaSing has over 35 years of experience within the travel and leisure industry. Tineke – an experienced tour guide, with knowledge from all over the world. Tineke is responsible for writing texts, special programs and the roadbooks. Femke – is responsible for all new accounts, luxury FIT programs and group bookings.

Tailor-made Tailor-made or tailor-made trips are one of the specialties of JBC-Agencies. We listen carefully to the key words that a trip must meet and can easily translate our experience into the many possibilities that Cuba, Colombia, Panama and Costa Rica have to offer. Our focus is not on what we think is beautiful, but what is most interesting for the end customer and gives the best result in the long run. All this, of course, at a good price-quality ratio. We try to offer tailor-made products as competitively as possible, where we also think along in the promotion of the product and we also offer any promotional campaigns. Thanks to our good understanding and long-standing relationships with our offices, we can offer a high level of service and the end customer is excellently guided during their journey. Various tailor-made options are available; think of, for example, independent travelers who go out with a rental car, couples traveling together, a dance group looking for a swinging cultural trip, but budget groups are also welcome. For every request, we draw from our extensive range of excursions, forms of transport, hotels, special accommodations and luxury products, in order to provide a suitable offer.
